® Ratings i.e. Bosun, Abs, JS, OS, Greaser, Fitters, Cooks and Stewards etc are trained through Govt, Seaman’s Training Centre. They also have completed & attended successfully various safety courses, are prescribed under STCW convention, at Pakistani Marine Academy, Karachi.

® ITF: Ratings although arranged by Govt. Shipping but are on our roster. We have an agreement with Govt. Shipping Office that they will not claim ITF standard wages during entire tenure of their contract. In case any crew member claims ITF wages, the Govt. Shipping Master will be responsible for extra payments, if any, made by Ship Owner. For this purpose they will be governed by the Articles of Agreement signed by each member of the crew in presence of the Shipping Master, Govt. Shipping Office Karachi.

® Service Contract: During their services on board your vessels, all crew members including Master will be governed by a standard Service Contract either framed by you or us. The Services Contract will define period of services, scale of wages and condition covering duties etc.
Repair Team: We can arrange a repair squad who can undertake marine repairs-Deck & Machinery-either in port of during vessel’s sea passage. Usually the Repair Team Consist of:
